changes between versions

Hello. I work in the aviation industry and our manuals have to comply to standards set globally.

One of these is that manuals be submitted in .pdf format and that changes between versions are clearly shown at the beginning of the document.

Scroll Versions does have the ability show changes between version BUT Scroll Exporter does not allow this functionality to be exported to .pdf.

Has anyone been faced with a similar issue and how do you approach this (i.e. workarounds)?
