my boss needs a plugin that create automaticly an outlook appointment into his callender if he gets a jira task.

Just a thought (I haven't fully tried it out myself), but what about setting up a rule in Outlook to Flag the messages coming from JIRA and set the notice for Today?

This answer may be too simple for your needs, but maybe someone else will have a better idea.
