The New Exalate Experience: One Place to Manage All Your Integrations

Your integrations are critical infrastructure. They connect your teams, align your data, and keep work flowing across tools like Jira, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Salesforce, and every other tool your organization depends on.

When integration environments grow beyond a handful of connections, management becomes a real challenge. You're switching between systems to troubleshoot sync issues, hunting down what changed last week, and testing configuration changes against live data because there's no other option.

That's why we built the New Exalate experience.

It brings unified connection management, AI-assisted troubleshooting, and safer testing workflows to the same powerful sync engine you already rely on.

This isn't a migration or a rebuild; you can just switch from the Classic experience to the New whenever you want. Your existing integrations keep running exactly as they do today. When you're ready to explore the new experience, your connections and scripts transfer over intact.

Why We Built This

Integration environments have evolved. What started as a few point-to-point connections has grown into interconnected networks spanning dozens of tools, teams, and sometimes external partners. Managing this at scale requires better visibility and operational control.

The New Exalate experience addresses this reality without changing what makes Exalate work: real-time bidirectional sync with full scripting control and independent configuration on each side.

What's New

Unified Console to Manage All Your Integrations in One Place

Access all your nodes and connections from one place. View configurations, monitor sync queues, and troubleshoot errors without switching between systems. Think of it as a single pane of glass for your entire integration network.

Side-by-Side Connection View

See both sides of your connection simultaneously. View script rules, active queues, and errors from the Connection Details page. Diagnose sync issues faster without the back-and-forth.

Test Run

Test your sync scripts before they touch production data. Create draft configurations, preview what would happen, and only publish when you're confident. No more crossing your fingers and hoping the logic works.

Script Versioning and Rollback

Every published change creates a new version. Trace what changed, see who made the change, identify when it happened, and roll back if needed.

Aida: AI-Assisted Configuration and Troubleshooting

Aida helps you write scripts and troubleshoot when things go wrong. She provides context-aware suggestions, explains errors in plain language, and significantly cuts troubleshooting time.

She started as our documentation assistant, and she's now built directly into the product to help you with everything Exalate.

Integration Network Visualization

See all your connections in one visual representation. Quickly understand your integration architecture and identify dependencies across your network.

What Stays the Same

The same Groovy-based scripting engine that brought you unlimited flexibility remains intact. Every script you've written continues to work. Each side of the integration maintains independent control over sync rules. Security standards remain strong, with ISO 27001 certification, encryption in transit and at rest, and role-based access control.

Simpler, More Transparent Pricing

We're changing how we charge for Exalate in the new experience. You now pay based on active sync pairs, the work items you're keeping in sync between systems. If you're syncing 50 items between Jira and ServiceNow, you pay for those 50. Not for transactions, seats, or instances.

How to Get Started

If you're an existing user: Your integrations keep running. When you're ready, explore the new console and import existing connections into New Exalate without rebuilding from scratch.

If you're new to Exalate: Start with the new experience. You'll get clearer visibility, safer testing, and better change management from day one.

If you're evaluating Exalate: The New Exalate experience gives you a clearer view of what you're building. Template-based tools focus on predefined mappings with limited customization. iPaaS solutions add complexity and operational overhead. Exalate is designed for teams that need operational control and flexibility for advanced cross-team or cross-company scenarios, with predictable costs.

What's Coming Next

We're working on granular Trust Levels for collaborative access control and enhanced AI capabilities to help with integration planning and building, not just scripting.

We're building in public. So if you have feedback or questions, reach out to us at product@exalate.com.
