You can configure multiple checklist templates and then add multiple checklists to your issues either manually or by configuring automation.

Multiple Checklists for JIRA is pretty powerful. But I failed to find out, how to inform watchers about a removed or checked issue. Can you help me?

I assume you mean if there's any way to enable notifications for watchers in case the checklist is removed or completed. Unfortunately, right now we do not offer such a feature. However, if it's something you'd like to have in the app please go to our portal and request this feature.

The public/organization viewable filter does not show up in the checklist automation page. Can the checklist be added via the normal Jira Automation feature (in project settings)?
