Trying to add a scripted field to my live plan.

I am able to add custom fields to my live plan but for a scripted field the type is not supported. Is there any way to add my scripted field to the live plan.

Unfortunately, Jira Server's Advanced Roadmaps (Live Plans) does not natively support adding scripted fields (e.g., fields created using the ScriptRunner plugin) directly to plans. This limitation exists because scripted fields are dynamically generated at runtime, and Advanced Roadmaps relies on pre-defined, static field types.

However, there are workarounds to make your scripted fields available in a live plan:

1. Use a Custom Field to Store the Scripted Value

2. Export Scripted Field Values to a Data Warehouse

3. Use Automation for Jira

4. Modify the ScriptRunner Script to Act as a Static Field
