You could create a rule scheduled to run each day. In that rule you would provide a filter to select the issues that are due within one business day. In the rule you could add an action to Send Email to the person responsible for the issue.
How to automate JIRA to send an email when the due date is close to expiry?
Good afternoon. I would like to know how I can automate Jira for the following situation:
I need the person responsible for the card to receive an email when there is 1 business day left before the due date is due
