Where can I set the central access block for third-party AddOns to protect user account data?

Wo kann ich als Admin in den Account-Einstellungen aller Nutzer für die angeschlossenen APPs/AddOns einstellen, dass die jeweiligen Anbieter keinen Zugriff auf das Nutzerkonto haben?

Wenn ich den REVOKE-Button für den "Third Party Account Access for Atlassian" verwende, wird mir im Popup-Fenster mitgeteilt, dass ich die APP (welche APP?) in den Atlassian-Produkten nicht mehr verwenden kann, wenn ich die APP-Berechtigung für Atlassian widerrufe. Ich habe aufgehört, diese Funktion zu verwenden, weil ich mir Sorgen um die Konsequenzen mache, die ich nicht sofort beheben kann.

Ich bin hier überwältigt und möchte nur unsere Privatsphäre oder die aller Nutzer gewährleisten. Muss ich mich direkt an den Drittanbieter wenden? Ich konnte in Ihrer Dokumentation nichts Spezifisches dazu finden?

Hat hier jemand eine Lösung? Ich freue mich auf Antworten. Viele Grüße - Gaby

Du hast recht, Du musst Dich an den Drittanbieter wenden wenn Du mehr ueber die Datennutzung der App wissen willst.

Manche Apps muessen Zugang zu den Nutzerinformationen haben, z.B. um eine Email zu senden und die Mailadresse zu lesen.  Andere Apps wiederum nicht.

Ok, now I understand better.

The lower list contains the apps your admin has added to the Confluence and Jira instances.  Basically, your admin has "allowed" these apps to use data within Atlassian to do their job.  If you need to change something with these, you must contact your admin.

However the first "Drittanbieter-Kontozugriff":  I don't know.  My recommendation is to ask Atlassian directly by contacting Support.

I am the administrator. In the administration settings I have not found a way to change anything. Neither in the manage add-ons, nor in the respective add-ons configurations.

Hence my questions here in the community. I will then contact Atlassian support, as well as the third party service providers.

Hi @Gaby ,

Usually you can't change the data sharing settings on the addon page.  Either you use the addon (and share data), or you don't use it.

An addon needs access to data to do anything useful, and addon vendors must inform you, such that you can choose to install an addon.  Once the addon is installed, you can't change it (except uninstall).
