trello workspace question

Is there a way for my workspace on trello, to allow an employee to only see her tasks and no-one elses?

Hi @Cache Williams, welcome to the community!

I am afraid this level of permission is not available, visibility and access settings are primarily based on boards and not individual cards or lists. 

A workaround would be creating a private board for the employee.
