separator card

There was some new functionality introduced a while ago that allows you to create a card to act as a separator (just has a line as the title) - I can't remember how to do this and can't find the details about it when it was launched. Please can someone point me in the right direction.

To get a separator card, in the card title put 3 minus symbols, like this:
