repeating tasks

what is the difference between using the power up repeat for repeating cards and going into automation and setting rules.

the second options is a lot more complicated, do i understand that the power up feature has not always been available to free users but is now?

We are also finding sometimes the repeat power up feature is abit temperamental.   So to give an example when you click on the list of repeat power ups set up on your trello board,  the list doesn't always load, or another example being that when you set the repeat card up it wont let you save. Then all of a sudden it does !

be glad of your input

Hi Lucy,

There isn't really a difference between complexity. However the advantage is if you are limited in the number of power-ups you are allowed you get more from the automation then from one off power-ups. One off power-ups are designed for a specific purpose to make something really easier. Where as Butler is designed to be more advanced and a little harder to use, but more of a one size fits all approach.

Best,

Clark
