how to make planyway icon ??

I want to put the planyway(calendar) icon top side of trello but I don't know how??

It will be great if someone let me know it, please.

Hello there, 

The icon you're referring to is the Planyway extension for Chrome, here's the link: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/planyway-calendar-time-tr/kkgaechmpjgbojahkofamdjkaklgbdkc

Once you add it to your Chrome browser, it'll appear on your Trello board(s) the way you show on the screenshot. And you can also pin the extension icon to the Chrome toolbar.
