I believe it is possible to do, but it requires two steps:

1. Get members of the board 
2. Get a member data with the usage of member id obtained in the first step

But Get a member data response can't give me member email. It give email:null in response

@Rohit kumar :-( The only reason I can think of is that the user is not sharing this information (it is possible to set this in the Atlassian account).
