custom fields display in a list form instead of a grid

Question

I have added quite a few custom fields on the back of my cards.  On one of my computers the custom field input section view is identical to the lay out of a mobile view...instead of little boxes in a grid ;ay out, they are full lines in a vertical lay out.  My other 3 computers show the grid view and I cannot figure out how to change the view on those computers.

The different views you are experiencing are most likely due to different screen resolutions, as Trello will adapt to different screen sizes in a responsive way. There is no specific setting to change this view at the moment.
