creating a Trello account after bypassing create an account when I was invited to a board

My boss invited me to a board (this is the first time we are using Trello) and it said I needed to create an account. I bypassed that because I didn't know I needed to do that and now I don't know how to get back to it to create an account. It shows me as a member on her account with an @ address assigned.

How do I create my account?
