Is there any way to create a template card instead of a simple card with email?

Welcome to the community. Hipporello Service Desk has an advanced email-to-board feature, but I'd like to understand what you're trying to achieve with this. Can you provide more detail about your goal?

I don't think there is such an option with the default mail to board functionality.

You should have two ways from here right now:

- Develop a http server (e.g. nodeJS) and host it somewhere to parse the mail. If done right, this could be a good way but it needs a lot of coding experience to execute. 

- Use one of the automation services out there, like Power Automate for Microsoft Outlook, and try to adjust the card while creating to your wanted template. This probably needs less coding experience but is also quite error prone and costs a lot of money...

 

We have also developed an Add-In for Microsoft Outlook called Mailissa (https://www.mailissa.com/en) which already supports Trello and can be used to manually transfer mails into cards or update cards. This could be easily adjusted to support custom templates. We are also soon to release a new version with AI powered automation for creating cards/tickets, archiving mails etc. in third party systems.
