Hi Yoel - if you follow the link you posted above you will get full details on collaborators limits. If you you have more than 10 collaborators your board will become view-only and you won't be able to edit.

Hope this helps.

thank you - but i have less collaborators then that

If you go to the Members page of the workspace you should be able to see the list of all collaborators to confirm the number.

yoel May 22, 2024

yes and we did that and its less then 10 members

Hi @yoel, the collaborator limit includes all Workspace members and all Workspace guests. So, while it could be that the boards you have access to have a total of less than 10 members, and the number of Workspace members may also be less than 10, there could be other boards in that Workspace that you don't have access to with additional members that bring the total higher than 10.

To resolve this, an admin for the Workspace will need to either upgrade the Workspace or remove collaborators.

I took a look at your account, and I saw that there's a Workspace that you're a guest on which is over the collaborator limit. The additional collaborators are on boards that you're not a member of, so the Workspace admin will need to resolve this.

yoel May 22, 2024

oh wow, thank u so much

im actually the admin, can u please tell me what to do?

Although you're the admin for that board, you're not currently an admin for the Workspace that board belongs to. If you click on the "Share" button on the board, that will show you a list of all members and will say if they're a Workspace guest or a Workspace admin. The Workspace admin will need to be the one to upgrade the Workspace or remove collaborators.

wow thats new to me! dont recall any other person on top of my user
so how can i find that?

If you open one of your boards in the impacted Workspace and click on the "Share" button at the top right, you'll see "Workspace admin" beneath the username of the person who's the admin for that Workspace.

yoel May 22, 2024

ok i see u are right, there is more people on other workspace in the work space, now it doesn't let me delete them
