Login opens two-step authentication. Now the login phone cannot receive the authentication code, which causes the login failure.when you are prompted to enter the 2FA code, click on "Can't use your phone?" at the bottom of the page, and you will be prompted to provide that key.These are not seen in the login screen.Now how to deal with the login, please inform me thank you
If you can currently not receive the SMS text or generate a code using the Authenticator app, you can always use the backup codes to login. More information is available here: https://help.trello.com/article/1084-troubleshooting-two-factor-authentication
