When I try to open an MS Word document that has been added to a Trello card, I get an error message. The only way I'm able to view the document is to upload it to Google Docs. I tried converting the file back to Word from Docs, but got the same error message. Any idea how I can resolve this issue. (I recently upgraded to Windows 10 and use MSO 365 products.) I've tried all of the "fixes" that are suggested when searching on the web, including checking permissions (I have permission) and the "Recover Text from Any File" instructions.
