Why is my team action button not showing up in some team members board?

Question

I have created an action button on my Trello team account... I have shared the action button with the team, and some members have the action button available....others do not.

What must I do, or they do to activate or see this action button?

Hi Joseph,

My first suggestion would be to make sure every board member is also a team member, as the button is shared with everyone in the team, but if you have guest members on the board, they will not see the button.

Can you check if that is the case for you?
