Why is my board not displaying in my mobile app?

The board is not showing in my android app. I''ve already cleared cache and reinstalled already. I checked on my laptop and the board is showing but not in my android phone.

Official mobile app has not this feature. There is an open request for that https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-63281

Btw, I found a third part app that provide this capability https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1214475/mobile-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=overview
