I marked one of the boards in my org's workspace as a Template. However, after doing this, i am unable to add members to existing cards, although i have admin access.

Once the revert the board type to normal, i am able to add members. Any idea how to work around this behaviour?

Hi Jaydeep! How are you? Welcome to the community!! :)

Glad to explain that to you! Card templates have the main purpose of providing a jumping-off point for others – not to collaborate. Also, traditional "collaboration" features are hidden (like watching, activity feed, comments, adding members). That's why that reappears when you switch back to a normal board. If your intent is to have a board to collaborate with other members, I'd recommend keep it as a normal board or keep as a template to create a collaborative board from that.

You can check this detailed article about board templates that may be also helpful.
Any questions let us know. :)
