Hi!
My coworkers and I can search for text within our Trello cards, but we have Typeform responses embedded in our cards and we can't search for text within the Typeform responses (mostly looking for the names of the people who submitted the Typeforms) - please help!
Is there a workaround or is this just the way it is?
Thank you!
@Anis Gisele I'm not sure what you mean by "embedded", can you share a screenshot?

Thank you for following up, @Iain Dooley ! We have an online Typeform that people fill out when looking for services, and the Typeform responses go into Trello cards.
We get so many responses, and our case managers want to be able to "search" for information in these responses. But we seem to only be able to "search" for text that we actually type into the cards, not text that appears in the Typeform responses.
Thank you in advance for any help you can provide!

@Anis Gisele yep that's unfortunate the powerup data won't show up in Trello's search results. Custom field data does, but not other powerups (because the Custom Fields power up is actually supplied by Trello so it's more of a "feature" than a "plugin").
You can use the API to fetch plugin data for other plugins, this would allow you to, for example, have a command that would grab all the typeform data as a big chunk of key/value pairs and stick them in the card description when you moved the card to "In Progress" or something. I created an automation tool for doing API stuff like this:
Also I notice that you're sending emails to these people, you might be interested in this product I created to send emails directly from Trello:
or this powerup for the same thing:
