Any attachment filename upon upload completion gets its blank spaces replaced by + (multiple spaces actually becomes +-+-...)
@Ricardo Leone this is because computer programs in general can't handle spaces very well and it breaks things This isn't just a Trello thing... most apps I've worked with are terrible at dealing with spaces in file names just because that's not how computers read them! The spaces come from encoding URLs and paths, which you may not care about the technical reason behind it, but you can search encoded/decoded URLs if you want to learn more. In general, it's bad practice to name any files with spaces, and better to use dashes or underscores instead.
I understand, but here comes a suggestion: I can live with those characters filling up spaces in filenames but it'd be better for readability if the text link that Trello (Android) reports for the attachment be cleaned up; and instead of copying the filename as such it could leave blank spaces there. As it does when I attach from iPad.
This is what I had in mind asking this question, thanks for replying, hopefully they can fix it.
