When adding a job under the timeline/member view it also adds a new card

We just want to reference existing jobs (cards) on the timeline and not have it add a new card each time. We have guys work on a job for a day or 2 and might not be back til the following week. If it keeps adding a new card for each project we will end up havings hundreds of cards.

Also is there a way to view multiple boards from within timeline?

Hi @Carmen Perry

It's Irina from Planyway:)

You can view multiple boards within a timeline in Planyway power-up which is a free calendar fully synced with Trello. Moreover, you will be able to group the chosen boards by members, labels and lists.
