I'm wondering if there's a way to see multiple boards/workflows on one page at the same time.
Example: For project management, Different types of photoshoot have different workflows (ie: weddings, Headshots, Commercial).
I have different boards with the different workflows on each but I need to be able to see all the projects I'm working on across all photoshoot types at the same time regardless of where they are in their workflow.
Is there a way to see these all on one page? Is there a different way to set up these photoshoot's workflows so that they can appear all in one place?
A million thank yous for any thoughts you can share
Hi @Beth Olson ! Welcome to the community :) Trello does offer workspace views which do give you the ability to see cards from multiple boards in one place. For the moment, you can create a workspace view in a tabular or calendar format. It sounds like you're wanting to see all cards in a board format, though? Trello doesn't natively offer the ability to consolidate cards from many boards into one main board view. However, you can achieve this with the Unito power-up.
Alternatively, would you be able to hold all cards in one master board instead of creating separate boards? You could then use labels to categorize your cards and filter on those labels to more or less create the individual board view. You can also bookmark the filtered views to easily navigate between them.
Thanks so much for your thoughts on this! I think I'm imagining something more similar to the Swimlanes power up but instead of one set of headers for all the 'lanes' each can have it's own unique set of headers. I'll also play around with other ways to label my info to approach it from a different angle! This gave me the idea to look deeper into how other folks set up their project management pipelines for project/gig tracking.
Thanks again
Beth

@Beth Olson gotcha! Maybe have a look into the Planyway power up. You can create consolidated views and I believe there's a board view there. It would be a paid solution, however.
