I'm not receiving any verification emails when I try the two-step verification for my atlassian account to access my trello boards with the mailadress: wegener@denkverstaerker.de
So far, I tried the "resend verification code" option as well als the recovery link. I am able to log into other Accounts of mine on Atlassian (like the one right now). Also, i checked the Spam.
Could you please kindly take a look?

If problem continues, please create a ticket to Atlassian via https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/.
It seems like your address was a being suppressed. I have cleared this from our side. Try to send the verification once more now, and let me know if it does not come through.

ah, thanks for checking. Let me reach out to my internal mail team for more help here. Seems like there is a different problem at hand here.

The logs I can see show that messages sent to that address are being bounced by your SMTP server with an error of:
550 5.7.1 Command rejected
I reached out to my internal mail team, they suggested that this is likely a misconfiguration of the mail server settings on the destination mail server. I was seeking to understand if this is something our team can fix from our side, but the initial response I got was that was unlikely if this is affecting just this single user/domain.
For next steps I'd recommend reaching out to your mail administrator.
