Not sure if wildcards is the right word, but i am playing with Butler automations to create my own "done" button based on a tutorial i saw, and for the most part it is working.

I would like to change the card title to retain the same text but show as striketrhough text.

I tried changing the title to ~~{cardtitle}~~ and while it does dynamically extract the card title, the strikethrough formatting does not take effect.

What am i doing wrong, or is this not supported?

Hi @Myk Robinson and welcome to Community!

You are right, Markdown does not work in card titles, that's why you can't strikethrough your card title.
