Updating lists in setting for Pipedrive Power Up

So my pipedrive integration has been working seamlessly - but I changed around the lists on my board, and now want the cards to be created in a different list when they are pulled through from Pipedrive.

Trouble is when I go to settings the drop down only lets me choose from outdated list names? I've tried disconnecting the powerup and re-instating it but it still only shows the old lists...

You can see in the screen shot below the drop down options don't match the list names - any suggestions????
