Unable to move list within a board

Hi all, 

I am trying to move the position of a list (from position 2 to the last) within a board but continuously failed. The list is automatically moved back to the original position. 

Below error is shown. Do you know what the issue is?

A few simple checks; does this happen on...

• Other browsers? Such as Firefox, Chrome, etc
• Incognito mode?
• Other devices?

Sometimes, browser extensions can block certain features.
