Unable to close attachments on iPad Pro

Hi Everyone,

For the past week or so I’ve been unable to close attachments when I open them on my iPad Pro. Doesn’t matter if it’s a Word doc or PDF, after I’ve viewed it gives me the option to press ‘Done’ but then I can’t close that window and get back to my Trello boards.

I’ve tried logging-in and out, deleting and re-installing the app, but nothing seems to work.

The only way I can get back to my Trello boards is to open another window. I have toggled to ‘clear cache on opening’ but this doesn’t appear to be working?

Many thanks for advice, John

Hello @John Houlihan

Our team is aware of this particular issue and has prepared a fix for it which should be included in the next available update of the iOS app normally (2022.16).

Once released, you should no longer encounter this issue!

Cheers,
Manu | The Trello Team

Thanks for the update,

John
