Sequence:
If in a CARD, a member is added:
Automatically create with this member a checklist entry with a deadline of 10 days from creation date.
Send 4 days before expiration, an email to the person via email with Text123.
Send 1 day before expiration - Text456

Ok, Solution is done with a workaround. Sorry, we would only Sell(Consulting) this, because it costs over 40 Hours and there are MANY Rules. We have now Templates / Workarounds. [Businessclass needed]

This was really really hard work for my employe. Hint: In some weeks he will forget it ;)

1, NO SOLUTION - Because: Checklist ITEMS can have a deadline.. yeah thats great, but Butler or Overview cannot handle it....

2. Solution in work without Checklist Item & Deadlines.. And without Mirror Cards (Today they not released), but with Butler Magic. When its finished i will post here.  

Trello doesnt make it easy for us :D
