Trying to make pw tracker - questions

I am a newbie so sorry if this is a stupid question:

I can't find a template for a password tracker 

How would i make something that would have corresponding columns... for example:

Name        Url          ID           PW         eMail        Notes

I can't figure out how to do this....

Welcome to the community!

There is no password tracker template for Trello.

You can build your own custom board for that!

Tip: It will be easier if 

Name        Url          ID           PW         eMail        Notes

combine under one card each so that you can organize things easily. You can use custom fields power-up for that! https://trello.com/power-ups/56d5e249a98895a9797bebb9/custom-fields
