Trello automatically converts multiple attachments from WPForms into txt file

Augustine Bruno June 23, 2020

I'm using WPForms to collect some information from users and then converting it into a task in Trello using Zapier.

When a user enters a single image, Trello attaches the image to the card and makes it the cover photo - no problems there.

However, when multiple images are attached in WPForms, Trello attaches a txt file to the card with the URLs of the image attachments - it's not very practical or useful.

I think this may have something to do with the markdown syntax - but not too sure.

Does anyone have any ideas on resolutions?

If you add images as an attachment it should work properly for your case.

However, in order to solve your problem, you have Hipporello. It is a service desk for Trello users. You can build your forms and forms will be visible immediately in your service desk. In addition to this, you can embed any form you have designed to your static, single page, WordPress website. Besides these, you can forward your sales@, support@ like emails and your emails will be converted to Trello card. You can continue communication further on Trello card. All the replies will be sent to the requester and many more features are available.
