Trello Custom Fields Unable to add Options in dropdown

I am an Enterprise User and I added the Custom Field power-ups to my board. I am trying to add a drop-down list to my cards, but when I try to add options, it doesn't get saved at all. I am stuck and don't know how to proceed here. I have tried the Trello mobile app, desktop app & also the browser

1. So I open a new Trello Card
2. Click on Custom Fields Button
3. Click on +New Field
4. Select Type as "Dropdown"
5. Enter some values in "Name" field
6. Enter some values in "Options" field
7. This is where I have problems, I am unable to add/save options in the field

Press Enter key after typing the option value.

Having the same problem, I'm very surprised that few people only rised the issue.

Please share solution if you have a way to fix the problem.

Tim's solution worked, all we need to do is press "Enter"
