Trello Commands - Flow Through All Boards?

Hi - I'd like to have different Butler commands for different boards. Right now, it seems the Butler commands flow to all boards in a workspace. Is it possible to turn this feature off, so when a command is created it is local only to the board it was created on?

For each board, go to butler rule panel,

According to the usage, check or uncheck the item "Enabled on this board" for each rule.
