Trello Cardsync user authorization issue

Click the Authorize button to display the corresponding page.

And when I press the Cardsync button on the card, nothing happens.
Can you solve this problem?
I understand that it is a busy moment for you now, If you get a chance Any help would be appreciated

I have contacted Cardsync several times but have not received a response.
Is contacting Cardsync the only way to resolve this issue?

Also, the Card Sync power-up subscription-payments invoice is being received in the e-mail of the person leaving the company, so is there any way to change it?
Please update the email address from jeong_cy@spigen.com to aws@spigen.com.
