I have had the Windows app installed for some time and never experienced any issues before today. I have uninstalled and reinstalled as well as re-registered all windows apps using Powershell. The image shows the error message that I am getting when launching the app. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I would make sure to try that first, and then redownload the app and see what happens. If it's still giving you trouble, I would suggest reaching out to us directly via https://trello.com/contact and we can take a closer look. This looks to me like it might be more of a problem with the app as delivered by the Windows Store, so we may not have an immediate solution, but we'll be happy to give it a look!
