Thank you for sharing screenshots of the situation at hand, this is super useful! Because of the technical nature of the issue and it being associated to a Power Up my recommendation would be to reach out to the Power Up developer if they have a support line as Trello Support.
You can raise a support ticket direct with Trello here >> https://trello.com/en-GB/contact#/
Between the two they will be able to advise when the Power Up should be back up and working.

Trello Support will be unable to assist with this as we didn't develop the Smart Fields Power-Up.
If you're referring to Custom Fields instead, we can assist, but we can't assist with Smart Fields.
