All of our boards are utilising our core team and with a recent departure, I have removed a member from the team. I have removed the user from the team, however this now shows them as a guest on these boards so I need to manually trawl each board to then remove them.
Is this functionality not present to remove from team and all team boards in one fell swoop or is out config incorrect? Is there any easy way to see which boards a user has access to, to then remove, rather than review each board that we host?
Thanks!
Business Class allows you to deactivate them which does what you are looking for: https://help.trello.com/article/742-removing-people-from-a-team
many thanks. I feel this is somewhat a risk for basic users as opposed to enhanced functionality for paid for...
I've found a way to see what boards a guest has access too so will add that to our workflow.
Thanks

@Andrew Allen mitigating risk is what businesses pay for, if you're a business, and this is a risk, then it's worth paying for ;) To me, it's a pretty reasonable escalation trigger from free to paid.

It seems pretty unacceptable to me that removing a team member leaves them on boards with no way to remove them without paying
