I see we now have a remove button to remove guests. However, when I try to remove guests, it just keeps loading and doesn't do anything. Is anyone else having this issue?

I just tried removing guests without any issues. My guess is that you might be having either connection or browser issues. Using one of the supported browsers, try logging into Trello in the following ways to see if you can reproduce the issue you are having:
Disable all extensions and customizations in your current browser
Use a private/incognito browsing tab
Try using a different browser on the same computer
