@Antonio Rodriguez unfortunately, there's no way to "undo" that. If you're wanting to undo things on a regular basis, you might want to look at Rewind's Backups for Trello which will let you revert boards back to a previous state. You can also builds some automation with that will "log" additional activity to the card description, so if something changes, you can see what it was before.
