Recovering cards on an account you cant log back into

I started a trello with my email that required Atlassian. It has been a few months since i used it. I tried logging in trello through that email and was unable to. It prompted me to start a new trello account under the same email. Now I am unable to track all my boards/cards from my 1st trello account!!

Could you please help give directions how to recover those cards please?!!?
