Question about reporting

Hello,

Can you please let me know is it possible to create an utilization report for a specific team member? So not only create it for the whole team to see how much they are booked, but each person?

Thank you.

 Best,

Ana

The simplest thing to do in Trello is to filter the cards and only show that one team members cards. Hit 'f' on your board and then choose the member in the filters.

If you want some more complex reporting, ie how much work is assigned to each member, how much has been assigned historically or how much is assigned to a member by due date. You could look at Blue Cat Reports https://trello.com/power-ups/5d9c90aa18965066fcd44730/reports-by-blue-cat

Hey @Ana Karaleic - welcome to the Community!

I'm not sure what you mean by utilisation report.

I recommend taking a look at Trello's Views and see if any of them can assist with your needs: https://trello.com/views

* Please note that our Views are only available on Premium and Enterprise, but you can start a Premium free trial to test them: https://trello.com/free-trial

You can also check our Power-Ups to see if any suit your needs: https://trello.com/power-ups
