Hey!
I can’t figure it out: does each workspace need to be paid separately? Or can I pay for the premium plan and have the benefits apply to all my workspaces?

The paid plan is by each workspace which you can have unlimited boards. I have not explored by I think there is this concept of collection where you can apply to a set of boards inside a workspace.

Yes. You should consolidate to a single workspace and if you need to organize boards - use Collections.
