Pipedrive Integration

Hi! I'm using the Pipedrive power-up to create a card on my trello account when a move a deal to a certain stage on pipedrive. This is working correctly, but i'd like to create a observation on this deal every time i move the card to a diferent list. In the observation i'd like to bring the name of the list i've moved on. How can I do that?
