I had a board with a number of cards set up in Trello.
Last week I couldn't login and it said I needed to create a new password. I have done this and now all of my data has gone.
I tried my other email addresses in case I was using the wrong one and I get a message stating that those email addresses don't have Trello accounts.
I would really like to retrieve the info I had entered into Trello as it was a lot of work.
Please advise what I can do?
Did you make sure you didn't log in with the wrong provider (like Google, Microsoft, Slack, etc.) ?
It does sound like you logged in to the wrong account. I think it's possible you had the right email address, but logged in with the wrong provider.
Otherwise, you may want to contact Atlassian directly.
