Notification could not run rule when moving cards without checklist to done list.

I habe added an automation rule where whenever I move a card to done, then all checklists with a card are checked. 
It works as intended

However when i move a card without a checklist to the done list, there is a notification that says could not run rule.
I could ignore the notification.
But is quite bothersome

Is there anyway to move a card to the done list and check all items if there is a checklist within the card only

when a card with an incomplete checklist is moved to done
