I see questions and discussions on this community, but I have a suggestion to improve Trello. So do I post it as, "Can this be implemented:", or is there a better place to send suggestions?

Trello discussions would be a good place to talk about what a feature might look like. Actually getting in front of a product team - Trello's current process is to send an email to feature-ideas@trello.com and they'll go from there.
