Would you mind sharing what kind of error you're getting? The first step to solving login issues is definitely trying to reset your password. You can do that by heading over to https://id.atlassian.com/login/resetpassword.
If you don’t get the reset email, it might mean that the email you're using isn't connected to an account. Double-check any other email addresses you might've used when signing up.
Let me know if that works or if the issue is something else, and we'll work from there!
I am so confused. My login and password are recorded in Dashlane, thus I know what it is. Not to mention that my bill, dated in November, uses the same email address. My employees can still login..... but here is what I get when I attempt to login
