My email address seems to be linked to Pentland.com in error

My sister worked for Pentland.com in 2020 and she invited me to Trello. She no longer works for the company. I am trying to use Trello for new projects but it looks like my email address is associated with Pentland and therefore I can't login or retrieve information as no emails are coming to me from Trello.

Here is a screen shot of the last email I received.

I would like you to dissociate my email address, so that I can start afresh with Trello with my email address jayne@jaynenewmantherapies.co.uk
